REFUND POLICY

Our Approach

Every Kawaii 404 piece is handmade in limited quantity, with no restocks. Because of this, we only accept returns or refunds for items that arrive damaged or defective.

Eligibility Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to report an issue. Requests made after 7 days cannot be accepted.

What Qualifies

  • The item arrived damaged in transit
  • The item has a manufacturing defect (stitching, print, hardware, etc.)

What Does Not Qualify

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selected at checkout
  • Item doesn't fit as expected
  • General handmade variation — every piece is handmade, so minor natural variation in finish, distressing, or stitching is not a defect, it's part of the piece

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  1. Email amon@kawaii404.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and clear photos/video of the issue
  3. We'll review and respond within 2–3 business days

Resolution

If your claim is approved, we'll offer either a replacement (if stock allows, given limited quantities) or a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of approval.

Final Sale Items

All sales are final outside of the conditions listed above. Since we don't restock designs, please review sizing and details carefully before ordering.
