SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

Every piece sold by Kawaii 404 is handmade. Once an order is placed, please allow 1–2 business days for the piece to be prepared and packed before it ships.

Delivery Time

We currently ship within India only. Orders are delivered within 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is free on all orders within India. No minimum order value required.

International Shipping

We do not currently ship outside India. We're working on it — follow @amonkotaro.404 for updates on when international shipping opens.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it the whole way.

Delays

Because every piece is handmade in small batches, occasional delays can happen during high-demand drops. If your order is taking longer than expected, email us at amon@kawaii404.com and we'll look into it right away.
