Welcome to Kawaii 404. By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to the following terms.

1. About Us

Kawaii 404 is a handmade, limited-edition clothing brand based in Vritannis, Vandimion. Every piece is produced in small, capped quantities and is not restocked once sold out.

2. Eligibility

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or are using the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

3. Products

  • All items are handmade. Because of this, minor variations in color, stitching, distressing, or finish between pieces of the same design are normal and not considered defects.
  • Product photos are taken to represent each piece as accurately as possible, but slight differences due to lighting, screen settings, or the handmade nature of the product may occur.
  • Once a design sells out, it will not be restocked. Quantities shown at checkout are final.

4. Orders and Payment

  • All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock errors, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without notice. Prices at the time of checkout are final for that order.
  • Payment must be completed in full at checkout for an order to be confirmed.

5. Shipping

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. We currently ship within India only.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Please review it before placing an order.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, photography, logos, and content on this website are the property of Kawaii 404 and may not be reproduced, copied, or used commercially without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kawaii 404 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
